This half-day course provides an in-depth discussion and practical hands-on training in soybean creation. Apply the steps to making one of your own summer Soya-Flowers (Dou-Hua). Explore NOiseYOGAfARTing practice and considerably improve poses and sequences to relieve a wide range of digestive discomfort and restore your energy.
? Making the Soya-Flowers dessert with Tropical Platform.
? Pre- and after digestion NOiseYOGAfARTing with Claudia & Reinhard aka Tintin Patrone + Sleazy Pictures of Teapee.
? Try the Soya-Flowers all together with Q&A, then take home your Soya-dessert, store it in the fridge overnight and send a picture of your very Soya-Flower to GENSCHER ACADEMY the next day.
